This is a fellow Distributors testimony and story of how he found It Works and how he incorporated it into his life and business!
As most of you know — I am very passionate about Beachbody! With RevAbs and Shakeology I lost 55 lbs in 4 months, and I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. This will always be my passion! I don’t believe in “quick fixes” when it comes to nutrition and weight loss. Exercise + Nutrition + Support = the only way to truly succeed. I also wasn’t looking for any new business ventures — my success with Beachbody has kept me very busy! I wouldn’t have added this to what I do if it wasn’t VERY convincing. This also doesn’t COMPETE at all with what I offer with Beachbody — it’s totally different, but still can help a lot of people!
I’m not going to post about this too often — but I wanted to take an opportunity to share with all my friends what I found, and am quite excited about!
I have to say — when I first heard of these “body wraps” I was skeptical. How can you “wrap” your body with something, and see results in as little as 45 minutes? Like they say, however, SEEING is BELIEVING! My fiancee got wrapped, and lost 3 inches. At a business expo (the expo was pretty much a flop, as it was poorly advertised) some It Works! distributors had a table… and people were literally LINING up to get wrapped with these applicators. They were really the only booth there, aside from our Beachbody booth, that had significant traffic. What gives? The people started seeing results — one woman lost 10 inches off her abdomen. REALLY? “Ok, I asked myself, WHAT is this and HOW does it work?” First, I learned that the inches lost were NOT water weight — and the results can last from 2-6 months (presuming someone lives a healthy lifestyle!). Second, I learned that everything in the applicators is totally natural. Third, I found a doctor who advocated this — saying that the product really is the “fountain of youth” for your skin, and detoxifying the skin (the largest organ in your body) is one component to health. Fourth, I found out that this product can actually reduce (in some cases, ELIMINATE) LOOSE SKIN, cellulite, and STRETCH MARKS!
Again, I don’t endorse “quick fixes” or “fads.” As I saw more, though, I discovered that this really isn’t a “quick fix” and it doesn’t pretend to replace diet, exercise, etc. — both those things are necessary! It does, however, add to the total health of a person, and provides a solution for people who have lost weight (and I’m seeing a TON of the folks I’m coaching lose lots of weight) in terms of their loose skin, stretch marks, etc…. all WITHOUT SURGERY!
As I did research, I found out spas on the West Coast are actually using similar products — but they charge sometimes $200 or more for a single body wrap! These wraps could go for $30 a piece (or much less for people who became loyal customers with It Works! — saving 20%-50% off the product). So — I believe in — NATURAL remedies (CHECK!)… things that SAVE money (CHECK!)… things that promote overall health and detox (CHECK!)… and help people reach their goals (CHECK!). With the potential I see for this to help people who are considering surgery… and other invasive options… I decided that enrolling in this business would be a great compliment to how I’m already helping people reach their goals!
I see a lot of potential here for…
… people who lost a lot of weight and need a solution to help with loose skin and stretch marks.
… body builders who are wanting to get a little leaner, and have healthier looking skin for a show.
… salon owners, beauticians, anyone in health, beauty or fitness.
… anyone who cares about their health!!! The skin is the largest organ of the body, and detox is just as important for the skin!
